This is  where a longer, detailed description of the petition campaign can go. I did a quick research of petition solutions, both internal and external, and I personally like CommonNinja. Of course, they all have free versions, but to get all the features that were mentioned, CommonNinja is the best value I found in a “subscription” version. Most importantly, it will let us capture “free-hand” signatures, on most any device. However, until we decide on a solution provider, I’m just using the basic free version here.
